Whats in store for your patron Saint… with Mel and Cel

Hello Majella Majestics,

It is with humble and energised hearts that we have taken stock of our offerings and made some changes for the year. It has become clear that the ideas pour out of us, faster than we can keep up, and this hearty team of two simply do not have the infinite time required to make these ideas a reality (yet!). To practice what we preach, our babies, our friendship, our partnerships and our sanity have to come first before we are able to overflow to our community. So what exactly does 2024 look like for your patron Saint…

Our focus this year will be to build the Motherhood Rolodex to be THE comprehensive resource for mothers and families. It is of utmost importance for support to be at your fingertips, there when you need it most. Motherhood is not meant to be tackled alone, you can find your modern-day Saints here.

The Saint Majella podcast will be on hold for the year, but be sure to check back in on your favourite past episodes for the juice. This week take a trip down memory lane, back to our first-ever EP, with Mel and Cel.  We recorded this outside as absolute amateurs sitting amongst the birds and then on Cel’s bed - our beautiful first births.

The importance of empowerment and sharing experience in motherhood is not lost on us. So in lieu of the podcast, this blog will be the Motherlode to inspire, empower and connect you with our glorious Saint Majella community. We have some super clever and exciting collaborators lined up to rock your world!

In the community, we are excited to announce that Culture Cubs is back! The much-loved fortnightly pop-up culture immersion, designed for you and your little one will be hosted by the fantastic Jeminah Reidy. Jeminah Reidy is a local mother of two who has experience in nature art play and early childhood education. Culture Cubs is suitable for ages from 1-5 years, with parental supervision required. Block one will journey us through a wholesome Autumn to the winter solstice in style and fun, we can't wait to see you there!

And finally, if you missed the Mother of All Fairs last year, never fear, come October 2024 plans are in motion to present a bigger and better MOAF for the Mornington Peninsula families - but more of that to come soon.

The revolution of supported motherhood is here.
Buckle up, it's a wild ride.

Cel and Mel x
